Returns
Returns are accepted only by prior authorization by e-mail at
sales@e-silkonline.com or phone at 1-(866) 374-5566. Requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of shipment. PLEASE inspect merchandise before signing bill of lading. Claims for damaged goods are the responsibility of the carrier and must be noted before signing the delivery receipt. Please notify us of damage if you need assistance. To return an item, re-pack the item in the original packaging carton, or in a smaller one if it is a partial return and include the authorization form we will email you.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Upon inspection of the merchandise we will promptly credit your account for the returned merchandise.
