PLEASE inspect merchandise before signing bill of lading. Claims for damaged goods are the responsibility of the carrier and must be noted before signing the delivery receipt. To return an item, re-pack the item in the original packaging carton, or in a smaller one if it is a partial return and include the authorization form we will email you.
